Rubidoux CA junior Kevin Ramos won the CIF Southern Section Division 3 boys title, covering the 3-mile layout in 14:55.8 at the Riverside Cross Country Course in Riverside, Calif. Ramos was second a year ago behind teammate Erik Gonzalez.
